The Bihar Foundation welcomes committed individuals and families of Bihari origin (resident & non-resident) who share our vision to connect, empower, and celebrate Bihar—its culture, people, and development.

4. Submit a short statement: “Why I’d like to join Bihar Foundation.”

6. Complete submission.
* Membership starts upon receipt of payment and lasts for 12 months.
* Event seats limited to members; terms vary by event.
